Shipping Policy and Information
STAKD CLUB ships worldwide from Sydney, Australia via Australia Post (AusPost MyPost Business).
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being received (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping — Australia 🇦🇺
We ship to all states and territories across Australia.
- Standard: 2–8 business days — flat rate at checkout
- Express: 1–4 business days — flat rate at checkout
Remote and rural areas may experience longer transit times.
International Shipping 🌏
We ship internationally via Australia Post International Post Standard. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel weight and dimensions.
Estimated delivery times (business days from dispatch):
- United States 🇺🇸: 6–12 business days
- New Zealand 🇳🇿: 4–7 business days
- United Kingdom 🇬🇧: 4–7 business days
- Europe 🇪🇺: 6–10 business days
- Asia & Southeast Asia: 4–9 business days
- Canada 🇨🇦: 5–9 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by local postal services, customs processing, or public holidays are outside our control.
US Orders — Duties Included 🇺🇸
For US orders, import duties are prepaid through Australia Post's US customs program — so you won't receive a separate duty bill on delivery. This applies to orders under USD$800. Orders over USD$800 are billed duties directly to the receiver by US customs.
The shipping rate shown at checkout for US orders already includes a handling fee to cover these prepaid duties.
International Duties & Taxes (All Other Countries)
For most countries other than the US, prices on our site do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These are charged by your government and are your responsibility. Here's a quick guide:
- Canada 🇨🇦: GST/HST (5–15%) + customs duties may apply, collected by Canada Post on delivery
- United Kingdom 🇬🇧: UK VAT (20%) applies; orders over £135 may also attract customs duties
- Japan 🇯🇵: Consumption tax (10%) + customs duties may apply; Japan Post will notify you
- New Zealand 🇳🇿: Orders under NZD$1,000 are generally duty-free; over NZD$1,000 may attract GST and border fees
- European Union 🇪🇺: Import VAT applies (typically 17–27% depending on country)
- Everywhere else: Check with your local customs authority
We declare all shipments accurately and cannot mark orders as gifts or under-declare values.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed once dispatched. Track via the Australia Post tracking portal or through your local carrier.
Your Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, further shipping costs will be charged to resend it.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, check your tracking first. If it appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at hello@stakdclub.com and we'll work with Australia Post to investigate. Investigations can take up to 10 business days.
STAKD CLUB is not responsible for items lost or damaged while in the care of Australia Post or international carriers, but we'll assist you in lodging a claim.
