STAKD CLUB ('STAKD CLUB', 'we', 'us', or 'our') operates www.stakdclub.com (the 'Site') and sells products to customers in Australia and internationally, including the United States. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and order details when you make a purchase or contact us. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

- Information from third parties: information from our service providers, such as payment processors, shipping and customs providers, and analytics or advertising partners.
