1. Where We Ship From
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Ramsgate, New South Wales, Australia. STAKD CLUB ships via Australia Post (AusPost) for all domestic and international orders.
2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship to all states and territories across Australia. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard: 2–8 business days
- Express: 1–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post's network. Remote and rural areas may experience longer transit times. A flat shipping rate applies at checkout for domestic orders.
3. International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries worldwide via Australia Post International Post Standard. Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and parcel dimensions.
Please note we do not currently ship to the United States of America.
Estimated international delivery times are indicative only and depend on the destination country, local postal services, and customs processing:
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Asia & Southeast Asia: 7–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–30 business days
These timeframes are guides only and are not guaranteed. STAKD CLUB is not liable for delays caused by Australia Post, international carriers, or customs authorities in the destination country.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or fees levied by their country's customs authority upon arrival of the parcel. These charges are entirely outside of STAKD CLUB's control and are not included in the shipping rate charged at checkout.
STAKD CLUB is not liable for any delays, losses, or additional costs arising from customs clearance in the destination country. If a parcel is refused or held by customs and returned to us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund issued.
We declare all shipments accurately on customs documentation and cannot mark orders as "gifts" or under-declare values.
6. Tracking
All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel via the Australia Post tracking portal or through the carrier in your destination country.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at hello@stakdclub.com and we will work with Australia Post to investigate on your behalf. Please note that investigations can take up to 10 business days to resolve.
STAKD CLUB is not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost, or damaged while in the care of Australia Post or international carriers, but we will assist you in lodging a claim where applicable.
8. Shipping Exclusions
We do not ship to the United States of America, or to any country subject to Australian Government sanctions (including but not limited to Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, and Belarus). Orders placed to these destinations will be cancelled and refunded in full.
