Return and Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with STAKD CLUB, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Our Commitment Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the ACL or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction with a product where the item is not faulty or defective. We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing guides, and images carefully before purchasing.
If you wish to return an item for change of mind reasons, please contact us at hello@stakdclub.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns accepted at our discretion must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Item is not a final sale, clearance, or promotional item
If a discretionary return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A store credit or exchange will be offered; cash refunds are not available for change of mind returns.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, materially damaged in transit, or substantially different from what was described or ordered, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
To lodge a claim, please contact us at hello@stakdclub.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs showing the defect or damage
We will assess your claim and, where the defect is confirmed, offer a full replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. For genuine defects covered under the ACL, STAKD CLUB will cover all reasonable return shipping costs. We may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return postage upon receipt of proof of postage.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the credit to your account.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances (except where required by law for a major failure):
- Final sale and clearance items
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without prior approval
6. International Returns
International customers are welcome to submit a return request by emailing hello@stakdclub.com within 14 days of receiving their order. The same conditions above apply.
International customers bear all return shipping costs, including any customs, duties, or taxes incurred on the return shipment, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially incorrect. STAKD CLUB does not accept responsibility for return parcels lost or damaged in transit — we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Where STAKD CLUB is liable for return shipping under these terms (i.e., for genuine defects), we will reimburse reasonable economy return postage costs upon receipt of proof of postage and the returned item. We will not reimburse express, courier, or premium shipping costs.

Please do not return items to us without first receiving written approval via email. Unapproved returns may be refused or returned to sender at your cost.
7. Consumer Rights in Your Country
If you are purchasing from outside Australia, you may have additional rights under your local consumer protection laws. This policy does not seek to limit any statutory rights you may be entitled to in your jurisdiction. Where applicable law in your country provides greater protections than this policy, those protections will apply.
